Small Businesses Avoiding Obamacare Costs

I'm in the middle of several huge goals that need my top priority the next two weeks. Rather than write about a specific topic today, I have selected an article for consideration. 

Here is the first article that caught my attention this past week:  

- A survey by the US Chambers of Commerce revealed that many small businesses are taking measures to avoid any additional costs they may be responsible for under the Obamacare provisions. These strategies include either cutting hours to part-time or reducing staff to under 50 employees. Forty-nine of small business owners surveyed are deeply concerned about the new health plan's affect on their bottom line and 79 percent believe they will incur high cost. You can read more here:
